Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
* For services requiring a deposit: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited with no refund.
* For services without a deposit: A late cancellation (less than 48 hours) will result in a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service.
This policy is in place to respect both my time and my income. Cancellations can be made easily by phone, message, email, or through the booking app—so there are plenty of convenient options to notify me in time if needed.
If you are late, please notify me as that results pressing into other client’s appointments and time.
If you are more than 20 minutes late with no notification, your appointment will automatically be cancelled with no exceptions and you will be charged a fee of 25% of the service as this indicated a no-call no-show for the scheduled appointment.
