Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A late cancellation (less than 48 hours) will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This policy is in place to respect both my time and my income. Cancellations can be made easily by phone, message, email, or through the booking app—so there are plenty of convenient options to notify me in time if needed. If you are late, please notify me as that results pressing into other client’s appointments and time. If you are more than 15 minutes late with no notification, your appointment will automatically be cancelled with no exceptions and you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service as this indicated a no-call no-show for the scheduled appointment. If you show up 15 minute late with notification the 25% of service is added to your total. If there is a second time you are late, you’re charged 50% of the service and it must be paid before you’re able to book in the future. If there is a third cancellation, you will no longer be able to book.
